Constructions – Polyester Resin

These geometrical solids - forms within forms - are cast from tinplate moulds in stages. The first set of forms, after they have set hard, are sanded down to ensure that surfaces are flat, clean and matt; then they are positioned in a larger mould and resin of a different tint is poured around them. Finally, they are cut, sanded and polished by hand.
